Every Total Trades Solutions installation is backed by a written workmanship guarantee. If something we installed fails due to our work — we return to fix it. No charge. No questions.
This covers defects in workmanship — how we installed something, how we connected it, how we sealed it. It does not cover manufacturer part failure, damage caused after we left, or normal wear and tear. If you're ever unsure whether something is covered, call us — we'll tell you straight.
The quote is
the invoice.
We price the job, not the hour. Before any work starts, you have a flat-rate price in writing. That number does not change unless the scope changes — and if it does, you approve it before we continue.
No hourly rate that stretches. No parts markups buried in the back of the invoice. No call-out fees layered on top. One number, agreed upfront, paid when the job is done to your satisfaction.

No exceptions.
Every plumbing job performed by Total Trades Solutions is done by a fully licensed plumber under Ontario College of Trades certification. No unlicensed helpers on technical work. No subcontracting to unchecked trades.
Both Total Trades Solutions plumbers hold current Ontario College of Trades certification. Licence numbers available on request. We don't send anyone who isn't fully certified to do technical work.
All gas fitting work in Ontario must be performed by a TSSA-certified contractor. Both Total Trades Solutions plumbers hold current TSSA certification. No gas work is done by anyone without it.
Full commercial general liability insurance to $2 million. If something goes wrong on your property as a result of our work, you are covered. Insurance certificate available on request.
Any work requiring a permit — rough-in, gas lines, drain alterations — we pull the permit and manage the inspection process from start to sign-off. Permit cost is included in the quote.
The owner still takes jobs. You may well deal directly with the same person who started the company in 2018. Personal accountability on every job — not delegated down the chain.
During business hours, a real person answers every call. No voicemail, no phone tree. Emergency calls are answered 24/7. The person on the phone can answer your questions and book your job.
