Free estimates on all jobs over $500. For smaller jobs — a dripping tap or simple repair — we can usually quote over the phone or via FotoJobber without a visit. There's no call-out fee for estimates on larger work.
How does flat-rate pricing work?
Before any work starts, we quote the full job as a single flat price. That's the number on the invoice — no hourly rate, no hidden add-ons. If we encounter something unexpected, we tell you and get approval before continuing.
How fast will I get a response?
